I am well.

New to this site, I am curious to know more about how it works, who is involved, the mission and the vision of it.

I am a volunteer for several community programs involving youth, leadership, community arts efforts and literary endeavors. I have served on boards as a chair, committee and member at large.

Nini3's answer to your question is way better that what we could have posted. But that's to be expected - she is a real Aidpage Contributor... while our work is mostly about maintaining the Aidpage system functional.
